Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the wingph platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and wingph.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the wingph platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of wingph following the posting of any amendments constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

These Terms apply in conjunction with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on wingph — including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game rules — all of which are incorporated by reference.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on wingph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, which is the minimum age for participation in casino-style gambling activities under applicable Philippine regulations.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal vehicles may not hold player accounts on wingph.
• You must not be prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or court order from accessing online gaming services.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a wingph employee involved in platform operations, game management, or bonus administration.
• You must provide truthful, complete, and current personal information during registration and keep that information up to date throughout your membership.

wingph reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request may result in account suspension pending verification, or permanent closure if eligibility cannot be established.

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) wingph account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate details including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. This information is used for identity verification, payment processing, and communication purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wingph username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. wingph will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, contact wingph support immediately.

Any activity carried out through your wingph account — including bets placed, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised the activity. wingph is not liable for losses incurred due to unauthorised account access where the compromise resulted from a failure to maintain credential security on your part.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on wingph are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). wingph supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CliQQ, and Cebuana Lhuillier. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your wingph account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. wingph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or incorrect transfer details provided by the player.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any active bonus funds with pending wagering requirements must be either completed or forfeited before a withdrawal of real-money funds can be processed.
• wingph reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits, which will be communicated clearly in the platform's banking section.
• In cases where wingph has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or money laundering, withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation. wingph will cooperate with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory bodies as required.

GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically process within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within the same business day. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, national holidays, or system maintenance windows.

Bonuses & Promotions

wingph offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion, including eligibility, opt-in requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates.

General bonus rules applicable across all wingph promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where specified, have made a qualifying deposit.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion details.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement upon expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• wingph reserves the right to determine which game categories contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate — check individual promotion terms for specifics.
• wingph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already credited and partially wagered will be honoured under the original terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting promotional terms in ways clearly inconsistent with normal gameplay, or participating in coordinated bonus farming — will result in disqualification from the promotion and may result in account closure.

Rules of Play

All games available on the wingph platform — including slots, live casino tables, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface or betting section. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable game rules.

General rules applicable to all gameplay on wingph:

• Bets once placed and confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled or amended, except where an error is identified on wingph's part (see below).
• All slot and RNG-based game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator software from verified providers. wingph does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studios using real dealers and physical equipment. Results are final once the round is closed by the dealer or game system.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, wingph will investigate and, where possible, restore the game state. If restoration is not possible, the wager may be refunded at wingph's discretion. Winnings generated during a demonstrable malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.

wingph's minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or betting market. These limits exist to ensure fair play and platform stability and may be adjusted without prior notice.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wingph platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the appropriate legal authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification, including using another person's identity.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one wingph account for any purpose, including bonus harvesting.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing cards, game state, or betting signals in live casino or poker formats.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place bets or interact with the wingph platform on your behalf.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors in sports betting markets, or any other system error to generate winnings. Such winnings are void.
• Money Laundering: Using the wingph platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of illegally obtained money. wingph is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for deposits made to wingph without first attempting to resolve the matter through wingph support. Accounts with outstanding chargebacks will be suspended pending resolution.
• Underage Access: Accessing or using the wingph platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.

Responsible Gaming

wingph is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and sustainable gaming environment for all Filipino players. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gaming can become harmful, and we take that responsibility seriously.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your wingph account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are permitted to lose within a defined time period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the wingph platform — including but not limited to the wingph name and logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, software, game content, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of wingph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wingph platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any portion of the wingph platform or its content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used to operate wingph.
• Use wingph's trademarks, logos, or brand identity in any commercial context or in a way that implies endorsement without express written permission.
• Frame or mirror any part of the wingph platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of wingph's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wingph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the wingph platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

wingph does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, and events outside of wingph's reasonable control (including network failures, natural disasters, and regulatory actions) may result in temporary platform unavailability. wingph will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance.

wingph is not responsible for any losses you incur as a result of:

• Interruptions to internet connectivity on your end.
• Errors in information you provide during account registration or bet placement.
• Decisions made based on information displayed during a game or betting market that was affected by a technical error that you were aware of or reasonably should have been aware of.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms limits wingph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Termination

You may close your wingph account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after the settlement of all pending wagers will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC verification.

wingph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• wingph has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of being requested to do so.
• Continuing to operate your account would expose wingph to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
• You are found to be ineligible to hold an account under Section 3 of these Terms.

In cases of termination due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, wingph reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation and resolution. Funds determined to have been obtained through prohibited activities will not be returned.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

wingph operates in the Philippine online gaming market and is intended for use by Filipino players. The platform complies with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including guidance issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) where applicable to online gaming operations.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Amendments

wingph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, wingph will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the current version of these Terms was published. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the wingph platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to an amended version of these Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.
